 RECRUITMENT:
 As per the budget Manpower Status recruitment process has been endorsed.

 Phase One from JD Development, communication with manpower agents, Portal Hunting to generate CV’s has been initiated. On screening of CV’s till Technical Interviews first Phase will be accomplished.

 On Completion of both Technical & Personal Interviews, Negotiation for Salary will be done as per the budget.

 Agreeing on the offer by the candidate, internal online approval, attestation of educational documents, GAMCA Medical clears & Visa Processing has been followed.

 New Joiners has been endorsed for Work Station, Work materials, Induction, Accommodation, Food & Transportation.

 VISA PROCESSING :

 Upon the Availability of Visa Slots (VP Number) & supporting documents visa processing will be done through online or manual.

 Once the candidate is on board, after completion of medical test, blood group and finger print for confirmed of Resident permit will be done.

 Master sheets are maintained for the headcount of the employees with data inputting information like, Contract period, Visa Validity, Passport validity & all employees’ basic information .
 FACILITY MANAGEMENT:

 Facilities for staffs, workers, as well as office premises have been managed from rending till termination.

 On requirement after an analyses study finding comfortable accommodation facility for employees with in the approved budget. Such as Contract marking, Payment transaction for Rent as well as other services, Approval processing, and documentation has been managed.

 Handled two camps at strength of 2500 workers and 40 staff facility.

 Services like Food, Laundry, and Transport service, Welfare, Water, Electricity, Maintenance and new arrival facility has been managed in their accommodation.

 Termination of contract after expire dates till hand over the keys with Zero penalty has been achieved on time without fail.

 Proper tracking has been done with the help of online data’s and communication has been maintained with the owners as well as clients.

 Yearly GHR evaluation connect Head Quarters has been done in three sectors. Annual evaluation > Register Objective > Self Evaluation for the purpose of Employees Performance Evaluation based on their task achievement as well as target.

 All this process are done through online, and make sure all the process has been done on time and forward to the concerned department or else headquarters to update the report status.

 Company rules and regulation are maintained and make sure employees follow full potential understand about the training programs and compliance.

 WELFARE MANAGEMENT:

 Monthly meetings has been conducted to know the enquires of employees and necessary steps had been taken as per request grievances.

 Facility inspection has been done and monitored food service, accommodation, Transportation, hygiene and all accommodation premises.

 Time to time training has been given to the employees to follow the rules and regulation of local law.

Site welfare has been inspected like Mess Facility, protect-hot (shutter) facility for resting area at site, Drinking water facility, and Clinic facility at site


 TRAINING PROGRAMS, EVALUATION THROUGH GHR, MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE:

 Yearly trainings programs has been given to employees to motivate with the work system, Company rules and regulating & Compliance training.

 GHR Evaluation has doing enormous training assessment such as under the title of “bribery”, “Etiquette training”, “Information Protection”, “Evaluation Survey”, “Diversity”, “Performance Evaluation”, & unnecessary habits.

 MANPOWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT.

 As per the request from the Departments with the internal approval requested manpower has been deployed at site in stipulated time.
