Responsibility: Assisting the System Administrator
Description:
•Provide individualized tutorial/remedial instructions.
•Created and updating the official website for the medical center.
•Servicing the PCs whenever the situation rises.
•Assisting the management on every IT issues.
•Giving computer training to the staff.
•Installing, maintaining and configuring new hardware and software system.
•Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc
•Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
•Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
•Supervising or training medical staff, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond
the knowledge of the staff.
•Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
•Answering technical queries and dealing with users and system performance tuning.
•Assist Administrative Support by answering the telephone, intercepts telephone calls, taking and reporting messages.
•Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
•Processing incoming mails.
•Creating and distributing documents.
•Assist HR manager on the paper works to Saudi Health Ministry.
•Deputize for him on his absence during his vacation.
Responsibility: Programming and Management
Description:
•Helping and being the part of team to achieve the team goals.
•Other duties may include installing, maintaining and configuring new hardware and software system, servicing the PCs whenever the situation demands it.
•Performing routine project updates to the clients.
•Applying updates, patches, and configuration changes according to the client needs.
•Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users and system performance tuning.
•Ensuring that the products are delivered to the clients on time.
•Reporting to the team leader on project progress.
