 Expansion of GREEEN VILLE into LPG, LNG storage tank & skids plants across nation and ECOWAS Country.
 Expand Exports of LNG Business to other ECOWAS Countries
 Expansion of LNG storage facility from 2500 MT to 5400 MT Daily distribution with 5 train.
 Good Sales Management in Industrial, Mining, Power station & Retail sales Management.

 Direct reporting to Chairmen for all operation, Business Development in nation and ECOWAS Countries, Board of directors, MD.
 Responsible for supply chain solutions P&L, minimize costs, drive business volumes and revenue ahead in order to increase market share.
 Developing Business in all ECOWAS Country Like, Republic Benin, TOGO, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Senegal & Liberia.
 Supervises load-out and receiving of materials from well site to ensure manifests are correct and that all required materials are sent and received.
 Ensure fully compliance of all operation by follow QHSE at the port and give training weekly.
 Maintain Shipping, import export freight and related document control & Ownership of all Ocean Freight actions, projects and initiatives in the Country, aligned with the Regional and Global Ocean Freight Strategy.
 Maintain all barge operation offloading and Loading at the port timely to avoid demurrage.
 Continuously Monitoring loading of barges rates and control improvement.
 Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
 Delegate tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedule, supervise staff and monitor and evaluate staff performance.

Being the COM for a global logistics provider in Sierra Leone is a challenge and requires you to constantly be aware of what activities are going on in all departments, on all levels and at all times. It is basically about micro management, being hands on, by controlling activities from working on the ground and not from sitting in "the tower"

 Managing all operational activity at oil terminal by own Company Vsl, Survey cargo, Monitoring Discharging of cargo from Vsl to Storage Tank , staying profitable though shipping line economic cycles.
 Monitoring the entire dispatches of AGO (DIESEL) and Bitumen all over Nigeria, Chad and Niger country.
 Taking care of the terminal in all respect, administration and receiving vessels, coordination with the port Department.
 Managing GNB logistic the logistic arm of the company having its own fleet of more than 550 tankers & Containers.
 Heading the entire distribution of AGO (DIESEL) sales presently doing 60 million litres/month
 Supervising the stock details of all the tank farms of the company
 Controlling the stock management for AGO from shipping, transfer to service tank, and transfer to trucks reconciliation of each consignment.
 Coordinating with the customers for dispatch details for AGO and bitumen all over Nigeria.
 Confirmation of customer payment for self collection and dispatching the same.
 Monitoring the truck movement of all GNB trucks trough GPS system to increase truck turn around.
 Supervising the dispatch activities from Kaduna, Port Harcourt for bitumen
 Stock reconciliation from stocks received at jetty at Sapele from company vessels looking after unloading of stocks from vessels at the jetty company has 4 supply vessels for ago and bitumen coming to the jetty at Sapele every week (Barge Texas, Eckhart, jani, and Brila)
 Daily stock management for AGO tank reading, flow meter reading, Tank calibration in coordination with the surveyors.
 Handling all Logistics & fleet operation Daily 24*365 days (HOWO TRUCK & MIXED FLEET) which carry 52 tons.
 Tracking the tanker, Containeer movement and tracking and timely movement of tanker to retail outlet and Depot.

Transportation, Logistics & Distribution:
• Weigh operation (24*365 days) operation with daily 650 vehicle with full load (tractor, container, lorry etc.)
• Experience in many facts of transportation management for both carriers (man & material)
• Manage the transportation operation function, which forms the backbone of the business, develop a financial and business plan for the vehicles, and monitor the operations.
• Annual Price Contract, Idle time, Lead time Analysis, Obsolete Invoicing &for passenger carrying, Dispatching, Transportation & Price Negotiations, Payments of transporters & Negotiations of payment terms & Conditions
• To plan the fleet needs of overhaul and new equipment for ensuring that at least 90% of estate cane is transported by own equipment.
• To monitor department maintenance of all equipment under control of roads, bagasse and press mud movement on daily basis and make immediate corrections as required to plan with harvesting manager, road network needs based on cane or specific planting/uprooting needs
• To ensure all transport is done with minimum wastage or spillage.
• To plan new road, reconstruction, redevelopment and maintenance as per new development of lands, planting and harvesting needs.
• System & audit: To maintain strict control on resources like diesel usage per ton km
