☞ Responsible for assisting the project engineering manager for smooth execution of engineering activities within the scheduled time, budgeted cost and with adequate level of quality
☞ Coordinate
o Between process department and various engineering functions during the detail engineering activities to facilitate the process department to achieve schedule
o Client/PMT to resolve engineering issues & licensor for any technical issue
o For conducting process review meetings, HAZOP and SIL sessions, 3D- model review sessions with client, Vendors and licensors
o With engineering disciplines for design review comment closeouts; Conduct inter-discipline design integrity review
o With procurement/Vendor for Vendor Print Completion for Mechanical team & vendor to resolve detail design issues
☞ Monitor issue of engineering deliverable as per schedule, including HAZOP close outs and 3-D model close out reports
☞ Check and ensure design is as per the ITB SOW and identify any additional requirements by client. For any additional requirement Issue change notice and proceed for change orders
☞ Preparation of SOW, MTO and cost basis for the change orders. Get approval on Change order scope of work and MTO from client
☞ P&ID Change management
☞ Contractor Coordinator for the best practices studies of Saudi Aramco (Risk Management, Lesson Learned Implementation.)
☞ Interface with the site manager and the construction manager to verify the feasibility of the construction schedule on the ground of the actual availability technical documentation and materials on the site
☞ Ensure any addition or change to the technical documents according to field requirements
☞ Review site technical queries including field sketches and modifications to any project engineering drawings, as required

☞ Co-ordinate between various engineering function during detail engineering activities
☞ Prepare and issue the monthly progress report of the project
☞ Responsible for
o Total engineering inter discipline co-ordination for Polyethylene units
o P&ID change management & Inter discipline design integrity review
☞ Prepare and issue project specific project department procedure’s, includes Document number procedure, P&ID change management procedure, inter department design review procedure
☞ Check and approval of 3 D model review and HAZOP review procedure
