•Review of contract Design drawings and raising any RFI’s to consultants for any design issues & for any contradiction between the drawings & specification under the contract terms.
•Planning, scheduling the mechanical works for execution.
•Doing any detailed engineering wherever required on the project.
•Preparation of the shop drawings including instruction and supervision of the drafting team.
•Preparation of potential vendor lists technical details and quantities for quotation enquiry packages.
•Participation in all aspects of Project management for the Mechanical works including planning, budget control and reporting.
•Technical and commercial evaluation of quotations.
•Establish the construction methodology and obtain approval of method statements.
•Issue the approved drawings to site and instruct the site team on the approved method of construction.
•Resolution of technical difficulties with the professional team.
•Obtain material and drawing approvals from the professional team.
•Plan material delivery to meet the programmed requirements.
•Participate in preparation and implement quality assurance plans.
•Safety - Ensure work execution in a safe environment.
•Participate in the preparation and implementation of the project safety plan.
•Preparation of method of statement and material submittal along with approval from the consultant.
•Prepare the test format for commissioning.
•Responsible for HVAC execution and commissioning.
•Responsible for O&M operation and maintenance manual.
•Co-ordination with BMS, electrical and mechanical team.
•Attending the co-ordination meeting held by project managers for co-ordination with other services (architect, Consultants and main contractors.).
•Obtaining approval from the concerned authorities (KFD & MEW).
•Preparing Purchase requisition and Work Orders.
•Actively Support Company’s Policy terms and conditions regarding quality and safety standards.
•May perform additional duties as required.Heat Load Calculation, Pump Head Calculation, ESP Calculations, Equipment Selection, Material Order, BOQ Details, coordination with drafting team for preparation and submission of Shop drawings Etc
Fixing contractors.
Execution of work as per set standards at site.
Complete Air ducts erection.
Complete Kitchen Exhaust M.S duct Erection.
Complete Pipe Line erection.
Erection of Air handling Units, Ductable Units, Split units, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling, towers, Electrical Panels, etc.
Complete Control system, Cabling, Electrical panels and interlocking for fire dampers and fan dampers
Preparing Purchase Requisitions and Work orders in SAP.
Weekly reports to the Management.
Presentations to the Management & Client.
Measurement Verify from client and preparing BILL.S
Preparing Variation Statements.
Interface at site with other agencies.
System Testing, Commissioning & Handing over.
Heat Load Calculation, Pump Head Calculation, ESP Calculations, Equipment Selection, Material Order, BOQ Details, coordination with drafting team for preparation and submission of Shop drawings .Site visit.Preparing Variance, Follow up with site team, Site Coordination.
