Oversee and direct, Executive Search / Talent Delivery functions, for a manufacturing organization, develop recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner, source, interview and evaluate, mid and senior level passive and active candidates, develop recruitment process and implement recruitment innovations, meet with internal as well as external clients frequently to identify and resolve potential gaps, head-hunting organization preferred and most suitable passive candidates, provide regular feedback to HR Head and internal / external business leaders, create talent pool, monitor and constantly reduce costs per hire, set job listings and social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions..


Talent Sourcing / Executive Search / Recruitment:

Led and supervised candidate screening and interviews, personally conducted / supervised interviews of applicants targeting client mandates, and proactively recruited qualified candidates at middle and senior level positions.

Acted as a specialist problem shooter for self and team and successfully persuaded passive candidates to happily accept offers from clients. Coordinated with department heads, planned, sourced, interviewed, negotiated, on-boarded and coordinated recruitment initiatives for all levels of mandates from department heads, managed wage bill, attendance and performance, database, resolved grievances, coordinated induction and training of new joiners.

Individually assessed an average of over 100 applicant’s resumes per day, for potential employment, short listing them to employers’ criteria for interpersonal skills, technical expertise, and management potential.
