Identify and source new business relationships with customers having annual sales t/o of up to AED 120M.
Analysis of financials with the help of Moody’s Financial Analyst and preparation of credit proposals appraising the financial position of the client and the requirement of facilities encompassing Trade & Working Capital, Project Finance, Business Loans, Guarantees etc.
Detailed analysis of existing banking arrangements of the client to study the banking habits and credit worthiness as required for appraisal of the facility request.
Presenting proposal in the prescribed format to Risk Management Department and appropriate forums for sanctioning of the cases by mitigating the concerns pertaining to the application.
Execution of required documents post sanction for initiation of disbursement as per approval.
Regular monitoring of the existing relationship accounts and continuous communication with customers to maximize utilization and understand requirements to grow the relationship.
Managed a portfolio of AED 250M that was part of AED 400M inherited in September 2009 from Corporate Banking at the time of setting up the Department in Dubai.
