• Conduct in-store nutritional consultations, assisting customers with diet plans, including customers with various health issues, allergies and weight goals
• Advise customers on nutritional supplements
• Conduct inventory and place orders to ensure continual replenishment of stock with minimal waste

• Receives and processes diet order lists from nursing units (checks diet sheet with the diet card based from the meal ordering report in the SAP system according to each meal.)

• Visits patients with modified diet and adjust their diet orders.
• Follows meal plan of patients on special diet based from therapeutic dietitian assessment
• Supervises tray line: Monitors the tray identification, check type, quantity and quality of patient food and ensures that the tray display meets the standards established by the hospital.
• Generates monthly reports to Head of Dietary on patients with nutrition care plan
• Summarizes the total number of daily and monthly meals for administrative and finance use.
• Audits compliance to catering Food Safety standards and generates reports to Head of Dietary
• Assists catering supervisor in monitoring meal consumption and wastage, inventory levels and other different tasks like Menu analysis.
• Reports to catering supervisor kitchen performance, incidences, areas of improvements
ensure that work all work is carried out as per the contract and client specification .plan organize and control the restaurant service to ensure prompt efficient and quality service to customers as per the required standards advised by superiors, ensure that the restaurant counter is ready all the necessary items are available and when required to refill the counter without any interruptions in the service, assist the chef by ensuring the efficient operation of designated food and beverages
