• Preparing AV system designs and technical documentation for solutions to be proposed as per client requirement or consultant’s specifications.
• Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
• Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• Preparing & delivering presentations to Consultants and end users.
• Preparing AV system designs and technical documentation for solutions to be proposed as per client requirement or consultant’s specifications.
• Preparing budgetary costs and quotation/pricing for tenders.
• Preparing System schematics and technical drawings in AutoCAD & Visio.
• Preparing submittals for Projects and Tenders.
• Correspondence with Suppliers & Principals (local & international).
• Providing technical assistance to the Implementation team during the commissioning stage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare designs, quotes, and proposals for AV / PAVA projects
Prepare project BOQ, cost calculations, specifications and design drawings
Prepare design, schematic and shop drawings
Prepare submittals and systems binders
Constant follow up with suppliers and sales team to ensure that sales targets are met
Train Techno Q staff members on selected topics
Implement Company Quality Management System
Handle Clients queries and complaints.
Supervision of Internal and external Low Voltage Electrification work. i.e. (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AV & PA Systems, Video Wall, Crestron & Extron Control System & Lighting etc., )
Installation of Cable trays, GI Trunking and Raceways for main cables and low current cabling.
Implementing latest integrated solutions preparing technical specifications, in line with customer requirements.
Preparing the shop drawings, Co-ordinate ceiling layout etc with site co-ordination and submitting the same for the consultant approval.
Estimating the quantities of material required for the project and preparing the MR for the same and daily follow-up with the suppliers for timely delivery of the material at the site.
Preparing the DB Schedule, MAS Schedule, Variation & demo sample and submitting the same for Consultant & Client approval.
Preparing the daily activity schedule based on the schedule given by the Main contractor and executes the work accordingly.
Preparing the monthly invoice and certifying it with main contractor.
Preparing the Inspection request and Test certificates and interact with the consultant for the inspection.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the integration, Installation, Programming, Commissioning & Servicing of Bose Audio System, Crestron & Extron control system etc.,
Single point of contact for both internal and external Customers
Technical Support (Servicing & Maintenance) and Consultant in our region.
Management of Navision (Navision is a customized software build to manage and administer Sales, Support and Customer Service)
Preparing AMC quotations and follow-ups
Preparing Equipment Receipt for the products received thru On -line Navision
To arrange for installation and servicing the products
Responsible for maintaining local and outstation customer database
Arising invoices for the Installation charges, AMC’s, Service Charges etc.,
Fixing appointments for installation and preventive maintenance visit
Generating new AMC customers and renewing AMC for existing customers
Customer Service, Coordination & Administration:
• Coordinating between the Sales Team and the Customers to make them know about the status of the quality of product, Installation and services
• Coordinating with Service Engineers & Service Coordinate to do servicing of equipments for both internal and external customers
• Fixing appointments for the service calls
• Handle Customer queries and complaints.
• Preparing Service invoices and to ensure timely billing to the Customers
• Coordinating for collection of outstanding payments
• Maintaining the stock of equipments as standby for existing and AMC Customers
• In-charge of Pro Store
• Handling telephonic queries from the Client and Subcontractors.
• Receiving of all incoming documentation.
• Maintaining the Documentation with MS Excel Datasheet Management System.
• Responsible for sending all types of Quotations to The Clients and Subcontractors
• Responsible for Training and Development of professionals.
• Interaction between the client and customer to add value to the client and the customer.
• Motivating the employees on daily basis in order to increase their performance and retain them.
Pre-Sales, Testing, Servicing and Installation of products like,
CCTV Camera Systems, DVR Cards, IP Cameras, Finger Based Attendance & Access Control System, Video Door Phone Intercoms, Home Automation (Intruder Alarm).
• Coding, Problem Analysis, Problem Solving and Testing.
• Responsible for Training and Development of professionals.
