HVAC Trouble Shooting, repairing and Inspecting HVAC & Electrical equipment’s. Knowledge of RECOVER, RECYCLE, RECLAIM AND CLEAN AIRACT, MSDS, HSE.
General and Preventive maintenance: General and Preventive maintenance
of the entire system which includes AC electricity components & equipment’s and also Servicing of chiller Plant, Water Pumps, AHU, Cooling Tower
Air duct system Maintenance of all kinds of AC units and replacing of damaged parts like PC Board, Thermostat, Contactor, Sensor, Relay.
Dismantling and assembling of damaged compressor, Pressure Testing with nitrogen, Gas Leak Testing, Brazing for parts connecting piping.
Servicing & Maintenance of window A/C units, split A/C Units, package A/C units. Repair & servicing of Deep-Freezers, coolers, refrigerators.

Maintain, Service and repair both of low and high-pressure equipment’s. INSTALLATION: Installing of Window and Split AC’s with bracket fitting base tray and frame fitting. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational Structure and process required to fully execute the requirement of services and responsible for the execution of Services. Evaluates Service execution for Compliance to Contract, Schedule, Lost buffets and Quality, Advises team of Status, issues, impact, risk and Cost influence factor in reference to Scope of work. In forms team of updates to Safety rules and Procedures.
Reading Electrical drawing and make a work as per Drawing
Installation of Bus Ducts in Raisers & M.V. Room
Distribution boards Electrical cabling and wiring as per co. drawings
BMS wiring, security system installation and maintenance.
New installation of Electrical panels.
Tray & trunking installation
