Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for:
o Reviewing & supervising day-to-day work of accounting department staffs
o Reviewing and controlling the Receivable by day today monitoring and by ageing analysis.
o Verifying & Approving Payables by review of accurate supporting documents. (Supplier SOA, Ledger Statement,
Supplier Invoice, Payment terms, GRN & JCC etc)
o Monitoring the payment to suppliers through direct wire transfer and with Trade facilities.
o Corresponding with Suppliers for discrepancies, SOA and Update on Payments.
o Review of Cash Flow by prioritizing the requirement of outflows as per payment terms and advance payments to
supplier to make impact on immediate inflows.
o Generating debtors invoices as per payment terms on proper documentation from concerned department like
Operation & projects.
o Coordination with clients on timely collection and solving discrepancies.
o Preparation of Monthly Ageing Receivable & Payable Report.
o Payroll Management - Verifying and preparing monthly payroll, Coordinating with banks on timely release of
salaries as per the requirement of WPS.
o Finalizing corporate & non-corporate audit
• Handled activities related to:
o Inter-company accounting and inter-company reconciliation
o Cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation, etc.
o Verification of sub-ledger with GL control account
o Computation of corporation tax liability
o Project costing, up-dating of project report as compared with costing and computerization accounts setups
• Providing quarterly financial statements to banks like Cash Flow, P & L, Balance Sheet Forecasts, etc.
• Serving as Tax Consultant for the organization to compute amount of tax payable and compile with statutory
regulations related to taxation & quarterly VAT Return.
• Managing export L/C documentation
• Answering calls of customers and providing solutions to their problems
• Initiating blocked services of the customers on demand
• Ensuring monthly analysis of General Ledger; updating fixed assets schedules, passing monthly provision, prepaid &
depreciation journal entries, analyzing Balance Sheet schedules
