Perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers.
Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets.
Secure new sources of viable business for the Company.
Promote and maintain a high level of visibility for Company’s services and brand.
Provide ongoing high grade commercial intelligence to Company's strategic decision makers.
Maintain commercial direction via a Strategic Sales Plan.
Supervise the development of proposals, presentations and brochure materials. Train and assist project personnel committed in proposals to make effective presentations.
Maintain high level relationships with the Company’s existing clients and partners and meet client’s needs prior to contract execution. Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.
Perform additional assignments as requested by the Director.
Participate as an active member of the proposal and estimate review team. Provide direction and actively participate in closing the “deal”, assist in final contract negotiations with the client.
Submit bi-weekly reports to Managing Director and commercial Director including key meetings, updates on agreements, PreQ’s and registrations, potential projects and tenders.
Essential work activities on junction with the Director develop objectives and strategies in support of overall company business development goals in the all projects.
• All Administrative activities including All Communications, Office Management, Effective Purchase management, Proper maintenance of all records, liaison with all Government offices / departments, Suppliers, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Clients etc.
• Oversee All Contractual obligations including verifying all Contracts and ensure that proper and effective communications is being always maintained with our all channels.
• Ensuring proper monitoring of day to day operations / requirements of our Sites are always before schedule for timely progress.
• Formulating and suggesting newer strategies for more effective cost-controlling, better Projects management in a result-oriented manner.
• Generating new and successful Business opportunities for the company owing to your active participation in above practices and development of newer relations on day to day basis.
• Establishing the brand of the Company and our Contracting business along with Group representations.
• Displaying and practicing leadership skills with maintaining healthy relations with all your colleagues, staff and team members of Shaikhani Group.
