Assigned as Head Infrastructure in January 2020.Successfully supervised and managed the construction, operation and maintenance activities of Civil /MEP services related to Facilities and Infrastructure. Presently involved in managing O&M of Education City Infra structure

Managed external vendors/ contractors, insurance providers, consultants, interior designers, Quantity surveyors on behalf of client.
Strategically planned & controlled all project/maintenance /upgrade activities connected with safe and eficient operations; implementing quality standards for meeting the set targets
Actively involved throughout each project/works as their ideas and plans are turned into reality & closely work with contractors/consultants/interior designers on site, ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards and problems are quickly resolved
Responsible for executing and scheduling the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way, ensured that the procedure is being followed while checking the safety features of the project during the time it is being completed
Reviewed the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures while recorded, reported & tracked actual progress against Base Line Programme and advised on process changes for qualitative improvement
Coordinated with contracts and procurement, internal auditors, finance etc teams to implement e-tendering for the Projects and Facilities upgrade activities .The implementation resulted in active participation of market as well increased eficiency and better time lines

Managed multiple Civil Engineering Projects. Involved in most of the iconic major projects in Bahrain viz NBB Tower building, Hidd Power &desalination plant, Alba Potline 5, BIA Taxiway project, Muharraq Cause way, Formula 1 track, GPIC urea project, various high rise buildings, Infra development at Durrat al Bahrain, ALBA Marine terminal, various works in BAPCO, Concrete repairs and rehabilitation of Marine structures at port etc
Core activities include liaising with consultants, Technical reviews, manage engineering functions related to material approvals, shop drawings, method statements etc and complete the projects as per time lines and budgets
