Generation of S-curve after assignment of weightages based on cost, time & effort against each WBS element for measurement of Engineering, Procurement & Construction progress.
Preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and upload it onto SAP in co-ordination with F&A.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly & Yearly budget in co-ordination with F&A.
Generate various reports as a part of internal MIS (Engineering Back-log Analysis Report, Procurement 3-M Look-ahead Report, Cost variance report, Fund forecast (3 Months), Contract cost & revenue Forecast statement etc. and Progress reports to Customer.
Preparation of three months Front Generation Reports on monthly basis to carrying out advance planning for engineering drawings/ documents and material requirement.
Preparation of Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Progress reports, Agenda for PRT, HOD and review meetings.
Constantly monitor the actual engineered quantity with respect to that estimated during proposal stage and report all variations in the monthly Quantity Variance Report.
