• Compare, summarise and negotiate the renewal quotes from various Insurance brokers before expiry of the Company’s Annual insurance policies
• Check the accuracy of premium calculation of insurance invoices and submit to Management for payment approvals
• Intimate the insurers in case of claims related to any of the general insurance policies
• Liaise with the loss adjustor and engineers for submission of relevant documentation till settlement of claim as per the policy terms
• Accept medical claim documents of employees and review & advise them in case of any discrepancies or missing documents
• Review claim settlement cheques and confirm the settlement is in accordance with policy terms
• Liaise with Finance department and resolve any queries regarding invoices or payments
• Inform the insurers of additions/deletions of employees in the medical insurance policy
• Receive medical insurance cards of new employees and forward it to the concerned person
• Maintain and update excel sheet with complete insurance details related to Annual policies & Project insurances .
• Maintain an orderly filing system of the insurance documents, insurance policies etc
• Check the accuracy of premium calculation of insurance invoices and submit to Management for payment approvals
• Intimate the insurers in case of claims related to any of the general insurance policies
• Liaise with the loss adjustor and engineers for submission of relevant documentation till settlement of claim as per the policy terms
