SAP implementation project at the Finance Department for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for the modules of (FICO, MM, FM, BI, PSCD).
There are around 18 subsidiaries for the Finance Department, and the implementation was centralized at department of Finance.
As a team, we were able to achieve the project and Go Live on one week before the Go Live date which was setup by SAP. The project period was from Jan 2013 till July 2013.

Project 2:

RAKe-GA SAP MENA Project - HCM Project
August 2013 - Present

SAP implementation project at the Human Resource Department for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for the module of HCM.
There are around 15 subsidiaries for the Human Resource Department, and the implementation is centralized at department of Human Resource.
The project is at the preparation phase, will be expected to start next year on 2014.

The new system would combine fixed line, fax, mobile, and internet directory information into one system and generate a one bill.

This committee had a variety of challenges and client requirements, such as keeping track of member records and overdue fees. My duties as a Project Manager included: √ Provide a weekly project status for the project supervisor regarding the process of completing the deployment. √ Plan, control, manage and organise a team of six team members which could analyse FMBG’s requirements for the creation of a database system, using MS Access, which could maintain their membership records, as well as to create and produce internal and external reports. √ Design Graphic User Interface (GUI) solutions, where we implemented by using Visual Basic 6.0 and Crystal Reports √ We successfully completed the project from its inception throughout the whole of the SDLC cycle on the required time. √ The client was impressed and thankful for our efforts that went beyond system scope and for that, I deserved a HD (90) which was one of the highest marks in the whole computer project class.
