√ Responsibility for managing the Functional Consultants in the MEA region.

√ Responsible for all functions delivery for all applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Other Applications), Manage Services, Outsourcing Services, Cloud Services, Microfocus & MicroStrategy (Transformation Business Unit) from strategy to business development to services delivery in U.A.E.
√ Responsible for quality assurance on the proposals covering client required solutions and service. Ensure solution designs meet the business strategies and requirements and the right solutions consisting of the relevant integration across products, applications.
√ Manage the complexity of stakeholder management, communications, and systems integration from the variety of internal and external specialist service providers so that the client gets a single owner for end-to-end delivery of assigned business application projects/programs.
√ Reviews contracts with partners/vendors prior to sign off to ensure proper protection for the company interest in terms of partners delivery commitments and the risks inherent to the different type of engagements/delivery models. Provides expertise in negotiating the right terms and ensures involvement of the relevant stakeholder groups.
√ Expertly direct large, complex, strategic business application projects through all phases of business requirements uncertainty, conflicting senior stakeholder interests, competing business and IT priorities, mis-alignment of internal and external delivery units through effective planning, communication, influence and negotiation.

√ Program Chartering and Governance
Collaborate with senior level business and technical resources to ensure that the SAP/IT program objectives are clearly defined, agreed.to and documented using the SAP Implementations, IT Operations (Service Desk & Master Data) and Data Center operations.
Integrate executive and operational goverannce structures required to successfully and efficiently achieve SAP/IT program outcomes.
Develop working relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Program Lead/Program Director and program delivery leadership team.
√ PMO Management
Manage (SAP Implementations, IT Operations (Service Desk & Master Data) and Data Center operations) cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of delivery teams through all phases from inception to completion (e.g., proposal review, planning, scheduling, installation, system acceptance, etc).
Perform SAP/IT risk/Issue assessment, tracking, resolution and escalation to ensure project delivery.
Provide direction and set priorities for SAP/IT teams to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day project issues.
Implement SAP program execution using SAP (RDS (Rapid Deployment Solutions)& ASAP Implementation Methodology).
Manage and maintain metrics and related change, issue and risk management.
√ Resource Management
Identify and secure resources and skills required to meet SAP/IT program plan and outcome.
Ensure proper onboarding of external resources and partners.
Train, evaluate, motivate, and develop team members.
Work with Business Lead/Program Director and technical staff and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of programs/projects.
Leverage the use of Business SME’s to define technical requirements.

SAP implementation project at the Finance Department for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for the modules of (FICO, MM, FM, BI, PSCD).
There are around 18 subsidiaries for the Finance Department, and the implementation was centralized at department of Finance.
As a team, we were able to achieve the project and Go Live on one week before the Go Live date which was setup by SAP. The project period was from Jan 2013 till July 2013.

RAKe-GA SAP MENA Project - HCM Project
August 2013 - Present
SAP implementation project at the Human Resource Department for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for the module of HCM.
There are around 15 subsidiaries for the Human Resource Department, and the implementation is centralized at department of Human Resource.
The project is at the preparation phase, will be expected to start next year on 2014.

√ Gathering information, analysing and providing support to Sensis Sales, marketing, production and customer care staff regarding core systems support (iGen - CRM SYSTEM) domains (Billing, Order Management, Production Management, Delivery online, Advertiser Management, bundles and Sales domain).
√ Provide support to Sales Managers in using Business Objects ~SAP reporting tool.
√ Providing specialist knowledge in Sensis business processes to Sensis staff.

In 2007, Sensis commissioned Amdocs to develop a customer interaction and database management system dubbed "iGen" to combine the existing GENESIS (also known as POST) system and the company's dozens of other internal customer and account systems into one interface. The new system would combine both Yellow Pages and White Pages directory information on one system.

Orange Telecom - Billing system & CCM
January 2007
In 2007, Orange telecoms commissioned ITECJ (Pitney Bowes Business Insight (PBBI)) to develop a customer billing system and database management system dubbed "CCM" to combine the existing bills into one single bill to the client who have got more than one account with the provider. The new system would combine fixed line, fax, mobile, and internet directory information into one system and generate a one bill.
√ Providing technical support to our customers' nation wide on the following products:
o ERA-( CRM system) installation & configuration
o Printer trouble shooting & connections (Term servers, print servers)
o Ports management
o Backup support
o System issues
o Networking trouble shooting
√ Assisting with the coordination and manage installations liaising between head office, sales consultants and clients.

Final Year Project: The Friends of Melton Botanic Gardens (FMBG) Inc. January 2006 – August 2006 Throughout my final year at Victoria University undertaking the Bachelor of Business (Information Systems), I had the opportunity to gain experience and practice by conducted my computer project for the Friends of Melton Botanic Gardens (FMBG). This committee had a variety of challenges and client requirements, such as keeping track of member records and overdue fees. My duties as a Project Manager included: √ Provide a weekly project status for the project supervisor regarding the process of completing the deployment. √ Plan, control, manage and organise a team of six team members which could analyse FMBG’s requirements for the creation of a database system, using MS Access, which could maintain their membership records, as well as to create and produce internal and external reports. √ Design Graphic User Interface (GUI) solutions, where we implemented by using Visual Basic 6.0 and Crystal Reports √ We successfully completed the project from its inception throughout the whole of the SDLC cycle on the required time. √ The client was impressed and thankful for our efforts that went beyond system scope and for that, I deserved a HD (90) which was one of the highest marks in the whole computer project class.
