 Monitoring the regular production, troubleshooting & production target within a specified time.
 Responsible for preparing and implementing SOP’s.
 Analyzing quality rejection and customer complaint by using QC tools.

 Successfully handling machine shop & finishing area wide operating exposure in PLC injection molding machines.
 Setting the parameter as per mould, machine and checking the hourly production and Make Corrective action plan as per troubleshooting operation.
 Involved in the team for getting the companies quality standard which was rated as Best practice.
 Issuing the root card to the operators. And checking the quality of the components.
 Possess operating knowledge in quality inspection machines
