Training Planning and Execution
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment with key stakeholders and determine training plan for the fiscal and update respective KPIs in order to track and analyze training effectiveness and measure them for quantity and quality.
- Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and management of the retail segment.
- Develop training curricula and organize dealer/distributor partnership sales, product and technical training and awareness programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
- Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Select and develop training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, Keynote/ PowerPoint presentations and reference works.
- Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs using SCRUM processes and with alignment to the goals of Global Training.

- Execute webinars, online training and conduct knowledge checks and evaluations via e-learning on LMS.
- Budgeting and planning annual training events and adhering to cost control measures and effective utilization of resources.

Evaluation development and deployment

- Conducting audits at different store and dealer locations to maintain performance and keep a check on the quality of engagement and representation hence archiving and further analyzing performance levels for each location to determine key success or failure factors.
- Maintaining the Global standards for customer engagement by conducting periodic evaluations using the mechanism based on the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Methodology to provide feedback and encourage
continuous improvement and development.

Key Stakeholder Management and Training Execution
- Identify and develop consultative partnerships with key Bose business stakeholders and dealers to plan, manage, deliver and evaluate training programs aligned with the business need
- Conduct annual training programs for distributors, dealers and other stakeholders for Middle Eastern and African market. Support launch activities along with follow up awareness programs across MEA export markets like GCC, LEVANT, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Zimbabwe.
- Support distributors of MEA export markets by implementing business focused training plans and providing necessary feedback wherever necessary through instructor led trainings at location or through web training/ e- learning platforms.
- Actively participate in Bose meetings, conference/individual calls, and training & development
programs as advised by Bose management.

Product Launch Activities
- Successfully conduct spring and fall launches for all new products and software, with training designed to increase retail advocacy, improve the customer experience and drive sell through.
- Ensure pre-launch activities like product testing, reporting, maintaining error reports and focus group coordination for community testing of all new products.
- Plan, organize and execute reference standard demonstrations to create excitement around launch products, keeping in mind the allocated budgets, event objectives and defined standards, while striking a balance between global objectives and local expectation.
- Plan, organize and execute press launch activities in liaison with the marketing team for the region.

New Hire Training
- Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities for new recruits joining the Middle East and Africa subsidiary of Bose Corporation.
