Executive Officer.(International Remittance Department), Al Ansari Exchange Implementation of international bank transfers to various banks of the world on the SWIFT system and other remittance systems In different international currencies. Handling calls from customers and branch employees with their various requests (conditions of bank transfers, commissions, the period of time that the transfer needs to reach to the beneficiary account ....) Processing customer requests in the executing bank (modifying a transfer, canceling a transfer, following up on a transfer...) and following up on these requests with the bank agents through the SWIFT system or email
-Receiving and handling the customers requests quickly and efficiently to provide a high quality services.
- Marketing and promoting the bank’s services and products to achieve the department Target.
-Operating and controlling all types of accounts (current, saving, salaries...) as per the banking system ( Oracle ICBS )
- Handling and heeding the customer requests (debt and credit cards, payment orders, cheque books....)
- Dealing with several types of accounts ( company, personal ...)
- linking and controlling the bank security cheques -Handling and controlling the deposits and all types of accounts transactions ( Oracle ICBS )
-Issuing and implementing the accounts transfers on (Oracle ICBS)the banking system ( inside/ outside the bank ).
- Controlling the loans, and heeding of collection of the overdue payments.
