Responsibilities included, Top-line growth with healthy bottom line, defining Go-to market strategies, team building, goal setting, marketing & brand management, Supply chain, channel & B2B sales, product portfolio management, & organization development.
• Turned around Inverter division from loss making to profitable division within 1.5 year through strategic marketing, deeper penetration and geographical expansion, Product portfolio management, team building, and aggressive sales management.
• Introduced Bhojsons Care, a service division to ensure customer delight. This led to reduced rejections, increased customer confidence on Bhojsons products and services with greater customer retention.
• Despite pandemic and 25% currency devaluation, the Power Division delivered better Gross profits, in US$ terms, with 20% higher sales volumes.
• Entered into Strategic partnership with Bosch Germany for exclusive distribution of Bosch Power batteries.
• Pioneered Water purifiers for domestic application and launched Livpure brand water purifiers in Nigeria.

• Led more than 100 employees & 400 channel partners across Nigeria which resulted in delivering unprecedented more than 50% growth in annual revenues & 40% growth in gross margins
• Spearheaded strategic & innovative ATL/BTL marketing activities for promoting alternate energy power products in Nigeria, including training & development of local electricians across Nigeria and introduction of several new distribution channels namely Ecommerce Platforms, Cable TV Operators & Real Estate Developers, among others, that led to growth of company’s channel distribution in Nigeria from 8 to 32 states
• Pioneered Tubular batteries in Nigeria by conducting massive promotion campaign to establish Tubular batteries as greater ROI product against SMF batteries for Deep cycle applications.

• Established Genus brand alternate energy products to No. 2 leadership position, after Luminous, managing top 2 market leaders in alternate energy industry in Nigeria
• Reduced on-hand inventory levels from 4 to 1 month through efficient supply chain management & aggressive yet accurate sales projections resulting in inventory holding costs reduction by more than 9%
• Launched KSTAR brand online UPS and delivered over a US$ 1 Mn business in the first year of launch itself through aggressive Go-To market strategies and strategic tie ups with banks, and corporate organizations across Nigeria.
• Spearheaded launch of Sollatek brand power protection devices and AVR products through 72 supermarkets across Nigeria including Shoprite, Game, PZ Coolworld and many more.
• Key driver in establishing award winning Simba Service for providing 24x7 after sales service support for both retail customers as well as channel partners across Nigeria.

General Manager - Exports at Three Sixty Power Products Pvt. Ltd

Three Sixty Power is a certified exporter of technologically advanced, high performance power back up systems and renewable energy solutions.
• Increased sales to International customers by 300%, by expanding the firm’s customer base in Africa, Middle East and South East Asian countries
• Led the design, development and marketing of world’s smallest solar UPS branded as “Jugnu”, for rural markets in Africa and Asia thereby increased the company’s revenue by more than 8% within a year of the launch of Jugnu
