Worked in hydrogen generation unit based on steam reforming Process. (45000MT/A)
Worked in HDS, SHIFT SECTION And PSA UNIT.
Worked in Crude Distillation unit as well as Vacuum Distillation Unit.
Worked in Naphtha Stabilizer for production of LPG.
Worked in Deareator for production of Boiler Feed Water.
Worked in Crude Desalting unit (Desalter).
Worked in Pump House having high tension motor.
Responsibilities: ‐
Handling of start -up and shutdown of HGU.
Commissioning & decommissioning of HGU.
HOT and COLD start -up of HGU .
Catalyst loading and off-loading of HGU.
Handling of crude distillation unit & vacuum distillation having continuous feed.
Commissioning & decommissioning of hot service pumps & exchanger.
Handling of startup & shutdown activities in plant.
Handling product diversion activities & related jobs.
Changeover of pumps & exchanger as per requirement & equipment checklist.
Batch preparation for injections of filming amine, neutralizing amine in CDU & VDU
column as corrosion inhibitors.
Co‐ordination with Engineering services department for breakdown & preventive
Maintenance of equipment, pumps etc.
Worked in UREA PLANT ( vacuum and prilling section)
