including: scope of work, site preparation documents, products questioner and pre-installation reports.
- Provide customer presentation & meetings.
- Handling and preforming the technical installations, implementation
and configuration for all HPE solutions in the customer's sites.
- Supporting the customer for solving any technical issues occurs in
the environment after Installation.
- Documentation of repair / testing / assembly activities - cause of
failure, actions taken, parts used, labour hours, etc.
- Preform the proactive Activities to the customer Environments Such
as Performance Analysis, Firmware upgrades, Hardware Upgrades.
- Provide Technical Documents needed for projects Implementation.
- Worked on different/complex projects for enterprise following
customers: Aramco, SABIC, STC, SEC, Samba, ANB, SAMERF,
Mobily, CMA, and RSAF.
- Storage, San & Backup monitoring.
- Involved with all SAN & Backup activities (HPE 3PAR & DELL EMC VMAX and VPLEX) solutions.
- Exporting storage volumes for the Hosts.
- Capacity Planning & Storage allocation.
- Scheduling and planning Backups, Troubleshooting issues.
- Vendors RFPs reviewing & negotiations.
