Develop Business Plans for the product line market positioning,
growth and sales/profitability targets.
Develop and recommend marketing and advertising strategies to
create market demand for the product line.
Participating in spare parts international exhibitions, like
Automechanika, to meet new potential suppliers .
Negotiating Targets, marketing budgets, payment terms, and
incentive plans with suppliers.
Design and Review incentive plans for customers and sales people
for the product line.
Identify and close deals with strategic business partners to increase
revenue for the organization and profitability.
Ensure proper inventory control for the stock by keeping inventories
at a level which is based on the sales volume.
Research, initiate and develop new business opportunities and
implement strategies to increase the clients’ base.
Provide all technical recommendations to the sales teams for the
assigned product line and establish strong communication channels
with the customers and suppliers for the assigned product line.
Design and Review the product sales strategies and the pricing
structure.
Research competitor policies, products, prices and provide market
studies on potential business opportunities for the product line.
Visit the market and meet customers in order to arrive at market
conditions.
Ensure that sales productivity meets the required levels and
expectations of the company.
Develop techniques to increase the clients’ base.
Identify and close deals with strategic business partners.
Manage the sales operations of the lines assigned by managing their
daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits and sales progress
reports.
Implement sales plans to achieve sales goals, liquidation plans, and
follow up the collection process
Perform routine visits to the customers and handle any dispute or
problems that may arise.
Develop and manage the training of the current and the new sales
representatives with the established policies, selling process &
techniques, money collection and company products.

Communicate with Purchasing Managers regarding new parts
orders
Design and Review incentive plans for customers and sales people
for the product line.
Liaison with the business development department by providing market
analysis.
Distribute customers for the salesmen.
Utilize the discount authority for sales requests by the sales force.
