Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area. - Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
- Determine new ways to make our park appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
- Providing presentations to assist in the development and improvement of exhibition sales. - Train the new employees on our ERP systems and our company standards.

Recommending products or merchandise to help customers.
- Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
- Stocking merchandise and creating displays.
- Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor.

Provide outstanding customer service before and after a sale.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Help customers determine their needs then provide proper recommendations to solve their problems.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and look for opportunities to further expand their products.
