Currently deployed as a Project Manager for “ EASTERN RESIDENCE SOUTH INFRASTRUCTRE WORKS, IN FALCONCITY OF WONDERS PROJECT, WADI AL SAFA 2 DUBAI, U.A.E.

The project comprises of the below mentioned works

- Infrastructure Works of Eastern Residence South to serve the (424) Villas currently under construction.

- Partial construction of Road 19 and Road A3.

- Traffic signals for junctions 886 & 889.

PROJECT DETAILS: Additional Infrastructure Works For CityWalk Development; Package 1.
The project involves the construction of drop-off at various locations within the CityWalk Community. It involves the protection and relocation of exiting underground services; viz. DEWA Electrical, DEWA Potable water, Irrigation Network, Storm Water Network, Telecommunication network, etc. It also involves the removal of the existing hardscape and soft landscape works along with the construction of new hardscape and soft landscape works. The project also involves the installation of Traffic Signal works.

PROJECT DETAILS: Infrastructure works for the Sobha Hartland Project (Community Development Project)
The project is spread over a total area of 743, 224 sqm and divided into three key units; viz: apartments, villas & townhouses. I am currently heading the execution team for the infrastructure development of the three key units of the project including:
•Storm Water Drainage Works - Laying of Storm Water lines, (Main line and the Land Drain) Construction of Manholes, Gully Installation works Connection with the existing manholes etc., Tie in with the existing Dubai Municipality network and also the construction of Storm Water Pumping Station.
•Sewerage Network - Laying of Sewerage lines, construction of manholes, Installation of house connection chambers and laying house connection pipes etc.
•Irrigation works - Laying of Irrigation line, (Main Line and Lateral Lines), Soft Landscaping works & Hard Landscaping works, Construction of Irrigation and Fire Fighting Pumping Station.
•DEWA Electrical Works - Laying Split Ducts, Laying of Dewa Ducts (HV and LV), Lowering and Diversion of Cables etc.
•DEWA Water line Works - Laying of Water line networks, house connection works, chamber works, external tie in works etc.
•Fire Fighting Network - Laying of Fire Fighting lines, Construction of Fire Fighting chambers etc.
•Street Lighting Works - Laying Street Light Cables, Installing Street Light Poles, Relocation of Street Light Poles etc.
•Telecommunication works- Laying of Etisalat Ducts, Construction of Manholes etc.
•Road Works - Earthworks, Road Layers (Capillary Break layer, Granular Sub Base, Aggregate Road Base, Wet mix, Asphalt Base Course, Asphalt Wearing Course, Interlock Works etc.), Hard Landscape, Soft Landscape etc.

PROJECT DETAILS Infrastructure Development works @ Roundabout 8 /Gate 7, Jafza; Free Right Turns at Round About 7 and Round About 13, Jafza, Dubai, UAE.
The projects involved modification of the existing roundabouts within the Jafza Free zone along with the relocation of the existing underground services & laying of additional underground services. Extensive planning as the projects demanded quiet meticulous planning for the diversion of heavy traffic movements typically seen in a Industrial area of such magnitude.

PROJECT DETAILS Construction of Madinat Jumeirah Resort-Phase IV, Dubai.
The footprint of the plot was about 57000 sq. and the structure comprised of One Basement levels, G+7 Floors & Roof for 11 Buildings. It included 430 Key Resort Hotel, 400 Parking Bays, 3 Specialty Restaurants, etc. with many other amenities.

PROJECT DETAILS EPC for IPTF Phase 1
•A Fast Track Project with very strict Milestone Dates involving construction of foundations for 17 Storage Tanks (Sand Pad Foundations & Ring Beam Foundations) & various structures such as

PROJECT DETAILS Construction of Pedestrian Footbridges at various locations in Dubai, RTA, Dubai, U.A.E
The work scope included the Design and Construction of 13 Steel Foot Bridges along with the staircase, Elevators etc. The Civil works included the Pile foundations, Pile Caps, Traffic Diversion, Protection/ Relocation of Services, Traffic Diversions etc.

PROJECT DETAILS Comprehensive Improvement of Parallel Roads, (Bridge Works), RTA, Dubai, U.A.E.
The work scope included the construction of Construction of 3 Post Tensioned Box Girder Bridges and the connecting ramps
with MSE Walls on both the sides. The connecting ramps were done using the Precast Soil Wall Panels system designed by
M/s Freyssinet LLC.

PROJECT DETAILS Construction of Access Roads for Metro stations (4nos.); (Seaside and Landside); RTA, Dubai, U.A.E.
A fast track project with very strict deadlines right within the heart of the city with lot of existing underground
utilities. Successfully completed the project on time without any damages to the existing utilities with good coordination with
Government authorities viz. DEWA, Etisalat etc.

PROJECT DETAILS Construction of viaduct superstructure @ Nakheel Harbor station, DURL, RTA, DUBAI METRO
The scope of work included the construction of 11 bridges over a span of about 700 m. It included the construction of the RCC works for the viaduct superstructure which included the assembly and erection of the scaffolding for the superstructure (RMD & RJR assembly), rebar works, assembly and erection of formworks for the parapet walls etc., Completed the project before the time limit given by the Client and was appreciated by the Client.

PROJECT DETAILS Civil works for Jafza/Limitless Metro station project, DURL, RTA, DUBAI METRO
Scope of works included RCC works for the construction of base raft, retaining walls up to the height of 6 mts., assembly and erection of formworks for the walls using RMD soldier and Alform beams, rebar works etc. It also included the erection works for the scaffolding for track slabs, platform slabs etc. Started the project as a first man on site and successfully completed the structure within a given time frame and efficiently using the given resources with minimum wastage.

Construction of 4 lane Kota Bypass Road on existing Nh-76 on East-West Corridor at Kota in the state of Rajasthan. Overseeing the construction of embankment (Earthen embankment as well as fly ash embankment construction) for the stretch of 4 km of road with a team of 2 site engineers& 4 foremen.

Worked on various road projects mainly in Mumbai city (Client MMRDA) and Navi Mumbai city (Client CIDCO).
The projects mainly involved the Construction of roads (Flexible pavements and rigid pavements) and the associated road furniture. (Storm Water drains, footpaths, Street lighting ducts etc.).

Worked on Projects for Construction of Town Roads, Industrial Roads (MIDC), Village Roads etc.
