• Spearheaded B2B Institutional sales of Urea, DAP and MOP across entire Madhya Pradesh. Achieved highest sale of DAP amongst all regions in FY 2014-15 and ever highest, 1.32 Lac tonnes, by Chambal in MP

• Pesticide topline increased from Rs. 182 Crores in FY 2009-10 to Rs. 272 Crores in FY 2012-13, across the markets of Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, MP, CG, Bihar, Gujarat and Maharashtra
• Improved bottom line from Rs. 20 Crores to Rs. 36 Crores and profitability from 12% to 16%
• Improvised SAP system to successfully manage inventory of 300+ SKUs, ensuring disposal of stocks before their expiry
• Launch of new products - Dhoomketu (Imazethapyr), Kodama (Quizalofop-P-Ethyl) Fillip (Bispyribac Sodium) and Onvix (Chlorantraniliprole) in OWN BRANDS. Onvix contributes to 10% of CFCL’s pesticide portfolio.

• Instrumental in establishing Neem Coated Urea (NCU) as a premium brand across the markets of Haryana
• Successfully established NCU is improving CFCL bottom line by Rs. 40+ Crores per annum in present context
• Doubled Pesticide sales in 2 years to Rs. 16.25 Crores
• Introduction of new vendors helped double Paddy and Wheat seeds sales in year 2009-10

Completed graduation in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry from same university in 1984 and then completed M.Sc. Agriculture in Plant Pathology in Jan-1987. Worked on Biological Control of damping off of tomato by Trichoderma koningii for M. Sc. dissertation. Apart from being good at academics I was avid sportsperson. Participated in inter-university badminton championships 4 times, was university badminton champion three years consecutively and also captain of university team in 1983-84. Participated in many athletic events and won many medals in university athletic meets. I was also very active in other extra curricular activities i.e. plays, GK- quiz, sports quiz and many times arranged blood donation camps.
