• Project Management: Managing project - EMIRATES NATIONAL OIL COMPANY for certification of 300+ sites which involves 500+ certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 55000, ISO 50000, ISO 10001 and HACCP.

• Audits: Conducting safety audit as per IS 14489:1998 for MAH (Major Accident Hazard) industries, Internal audits as per the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064.
• Sustainability Reporting: Preparing Sustainability Reports as per GRI G4 and GRI Standards for Corporates
• Carbon Neutrality: Developing Strategy for client for achieving Carbon Neutrality as per PAS 2060:2014 including quantifying GHG emissions, developing GHG reduction measures and offsetting residual emissions.
• Business Development: Carrying out Business Development to get new projects and developing Business Strategies for new products.
• Training: Conducting training such as NBQP certified Lead Auditor Course, Internal Auditor Course, Awareness Session on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14064.
Conducting audits for different type of industries against ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental System Management (EMS), ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) and ISO 14064 (GHG Accounting). During Audit verify the following:
Conducting Project Specific Technical Audit and participating in the same as an Auditor / Lead auditor. Coordinating for third party assessment and participating in the same as representative of MR.
Verifying internal trainings related to quality/Environment/technical trainings.
Indentifying OFI (Opportunity for improvement), root cause analysis and respective Correction and corrective action.
Preparation of audit reports.
Development of Performance review mechanism:
Setting objectives and targets for plants at the start of fiscal year.
Based on the set target, helping plants in preparing the action plan and the road maps to achieve the targets (Quality and energy related objectives)
Making agenda and formats for Management Review Meetings as per requirements.
Ensuring the implementation of all the above.
Document control of Management Review Meetings.
