Duties & Responsibilities:-
•Reporting to Finance Manager & assisting him in all accounting and financial related activities.
•Preparation of Management Information Reports, In house Financials, Financial Analysis, Cash flow Analysis, Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis, Budgeting and variance Analysis.
•Supervision of entire accounting activities GL, AP, AR, Banking, Petty cash management, Payroll etc and managing accounting team.
•Ensure all financial practices are in line with policies and procedures as per the accounting standards(IFRS)
•Liaison with Bank Relationship Managers/Officers related to Corporate Banking, arranging General and Project Facilities.
•Handling Trade Finance - Letter of Guarantees(TB, PBG, APG & RG) Letter of Credits LC / LTR, PPC (Progressive payment certificates) Bill Discounting, proposing Project Facility structures.
•Financial Accounting up to Finalization, Revenue Recognition & cost allocation of projects.
•Prepare Month end/ Year end related adjustment entries like Accumulated Depreciation, Prepaid Insurance, Prepaid Rent, Prepaid Trade License fee, Prepaid Tender Bond, PB Commissions, Accrued Expenses, provisions for Leave salary, EOS Benefits etc.
•Overviews the maintenance & control of fixed assets register including assets acquisition, disposal, write off and depreciation.
•Ensure the internal control over Diesel Usage project wise.
•Monitor Hiring of Heavy Equipment and Motor Vehicles -project wise
•Ensure the internal Heavy Equipment and MVs are well distributed, project-wise according to the usage.
•Ensure the Insurance claims for the Project site damages/accidents are reported in time. Maintain the WC, CAR, CPM Fleet, TP Fleet along with Comprehensive Insurance for all vehicles & Equipment.
• Ensure Internal and external Debit Notes are prepared & accounted in time.
•Monthly review of Project wise Profitability.
•Review of accounting of GL, AR, AP and co ordinate with Internal & External Auditors.
•Manage Month end & Year End Closing.
