Project Management of SunTec’s 3 Year Strategic Initiative of SunTec: The project involved co-working with McKinsey and KPMG consultants to sit with all the department heads and the management team to arrive at a set of goals and track it to achieve the 3 year revenue for the company. The program was named Lakshya (meaning 'Goal'):
1. Assessing the Strategic Vision and 3 year business target for the company
2. Analyze the workflow in each department to derive tasks for each department that is necessary to achieve the 3 year target
3. Arrive at metrics of performance for each department required to accomplish successful completion of these tasks.
4. Allocate tasks for each department and track bi-weekly metrics from them
5. Perform extensive analysis in MS Excel of the metrics data across tasks (a 1000#s) and derive performance curves and meaningful graphs to help track the performance and achievement against of each department against the overall goal for the company
6. Present in bi-weekly meet to the Board of Directors, CEO and Top Management of the company
