• Manage full-cycle recruiting from beginning to end: sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, making
offers, conducting background checks, etc.
• Build a database of potential talent to fill existing and future opportunities.
• Manage several accounts in recruitment in different industries, including Banking, Financing, Investment,
Retail, Construction, and F&B.
• Establish contacts with potential clients and offer services by conducting meetings to discuss job positions and gain a full understanding of the positions and company culture.
• Maintain corporate branding strategies in all recruitment activities.
• Negotiate with candidates regarding job offers.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Managing fresh graduate programs.
• Responsible for all internal human resources operations, including internal recruitment, payroll, petty cash, medical insurance, and office-related matters.
• Generate weekly reports to track progress.
• Reviewing job descriptions and role requirements to effectively source and select qualified candidates.
• Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, connections).
• Scheduling interviews for the candidates and proper follow-ups with the prospective candidates.
• Use Boolean Search & other tools to find suitable candidates.
