Maintaining an inventory of sales materials
• Preparing offshore/local purchase order requests for unscheduled items.
• Preparing the job order files to be submitted to the engineering department.
• Preparing delivery requests to be sent to the warehouse for material delivery
to customers.
• Preparing/uploading sales orders to SAP-ERP System.
• Preparing and billing credit/cash invoices in SAP-ERP for the monthly sales
cycle.
• Preparing cash invoices and receiving cash from customers to be directly
deposited to the accounts department.
• Preparing the summaries for job orders to determine the selling
price/discounts to proceed with billing the job orders.
• Maintaining sales records by making copies of all the important documents.
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth progress of
the sales team's tasks.
