PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS:-
➢ 1yr & 8 Months of rich experience in Major Units of Refinery. Such as SRU/ARU/SWS/SPU as a Production Engineers from Nov 10 to April 11 & in VGOHDT from April 11 to present as an commissioning/Production engineer for smooth start up of plant.
➢ Worked as Production Engineer in SRU/ARU/SWS/SPU Units of Base Refinery Operation from Nov 2010 to April 2011. & given ideas for improving the efficiency of MCC (Main Combustion Chamber) & Roto-formers steel belt operation.
➢ As of Now working as Commissioning/Operation Engineer In VGHODT after successful commissioning of VGOHDT from Scratch to Full fledge Plant, during the Phase of Commissioning I've Carried out several tasks being related to Precommissioning/Commissioning Project of Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreater Unit such as the job of deviation finding (Punch Points) in erected system, making SLD (Single line diagram), Isometrics & flushing plan, Catalyst loading (Sock & Dense method) of Reactors, leak test of system, alkali boil out of heat exchanger, Circulation of feed, Pre-wetting of Reactors, Sulfiding of Catalyst etc.
➢ Worked as Safety Officer in Refinery Mega Turn Around Project (17 sep to 25 oct. 2011) & proficiently executed safe confined space entry work permit, hot work permit, cold work permit PSSR ( Pre Safety Start-Up Review) as well.
