Conduct road shows for various business units to create awareness of payroll accounting and payout processes.
Coordinate all audits - internal, external and government - and follow up closure of audit points.
Contribute to upgrades, solution development and payroll separation, merger and integration.
Provide on the job training to UAE nationals.

Achievements
Managed migration to Oracle HRMS R 12 and implemented Oracle HRMS in 70 business units in 4 phases.
Automated the payroll operations and implemented an online payment system for all payroll payouts across the group.
Implemented payroll file encryption to maintain security and confidentiality.
Managed the implementation of Oracle HRMS at group companies of Dubai World like DP World, Dubai Customs, World Security, Nakheel Group, Istitmar Group and Trakhees within a span of 4 months.
