Sales Tasks:
• Utilized CRM system to manage leads, track client
interactions, and generate reports for sales analysis as well
as Receiving the leads from the Marketing Department to
identify qualified clients.
• Conducted initial consultations with prospective clients,

• Maintain the highest quality standards, follow-up in a timely
manner, system, confidentiality, and proactive work while
ensuring that tasks assigned are completed and deadlines
met. Ensure all aspects of the division are dealt with
professionally.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide a superior
customer care service to our agents
• Partner with HR to Develop and implement office policies and
procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain a wellorganized workplace and update office policies as necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and
team members
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
within the team.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of marketing
events.

Quality Tasks:
• Accurately input and update information in the CRM system.
• Customize the CRM system to align with quality control
processes.
• Conduct regular audits of colleagues' work to ensure
compliance with standards and to provide feedback and
recommendations for improvement.
• Provide feedback to colleagues based on audit findings and
• Share daily, weekly and monthly reports to the responsible
quality officer, highlighting notable findings & generate custom
reports based on CRM data
• Review documentation submitted by clients for accuracy and
completeness.
• Followed up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and
encourage repeat business.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and provide
solutions.
• Gather feedback from clients on services, and overall
experience and maintain records of them.
Operations Assistant Tasks:
