• Preparing and reviewing Quality Plan during the construction.
• Preparing and reviewing all method of statements for all equipments (dynamic &static) and all pipes used such as (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, CPVC, HDPE( High Density Polyethylene).
• Preparing and reviewing all piping construction activities, material Inspection, and Welding and NDT activities.
• Construction supervision on site activates for power plants including: Providing redesign solutions for the field Problems or changes.
• Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
• Witnessing all field tests including hydro test and all NDT tests.
• Verify that the documentation generated by the inspections, tests and surveys meets the requirements of the Project Quality plan & procedures.
• Advice and report to Project QA/QC Manager occurrences of non-conformance incidents
• Ensures availability of test equipment requirements and their updated calibration.
• Study technical Specification and Code requirement for required Piping.
• Preparing and reviewing Quality Plan during the construction.
• Preparing and reviewing all method of statements for all types of pipes used such as (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, HDPE( High Density Polyethylene), Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Fiber Glass material(used for Fire Fighting System)
• Preparing and reviewing all Calibration for QC and Fabrication tools.
• Perform Internal & Sub-contractors audit.
• Preparing and reviewing all piping construction activities, all material Inspection, Welding and NDT activities.
• I am the owner authorized representative for all construction activity concerning (2) HRSGs from structure steel erection, release the shipments from the contractor’s facilities to Nubaria site, harps hanging, piping installing, welding activity, hydro testes, insulation works, chemical cleaning, steam blow, performance test, punch list creation and review all submittals for approval.
• Review tender documents pertaining to power station scope and provide technical input regarding welding and NDT aspects.
• Provide technical clarifications regarding materials and welding, NDT aspects to project teams during project engineering, procurement, execution stage.
• Review vendors documents and procedures related to materials, welding, inspection, NDT, equipment and provide technical input to project managers regarding their compliance to project requirements for heat Recovery steam generation (HRSGs).
• Responsible for Review & issuances quality control plans, Inspection and test plans, Welding maps, RT maps and Quality Control Forms according to client specification & Applicable Codes / Standards of Heat recovery Steam generation (HRSG).
• Review welding Procedures Specification, Procedures Qualification Record and Welders Qualifications Tests with different welding processes.
• Witness for the Dimension, visual inspection, UT, MT, RT and PT inspection for critical Pipe line materials such as SA 335-P91, P22, P11, Harps, Pressure vessels (high Pressure Steam drum, Intermediate Pressure Steam drum and Low Pressure Steam Drum) and Tanks and Steel Structure.
• Review all RT interpretation, Vessels (Drums), Piping Skids Fabrication / erection inspection, post weld heat treatment survey and diagram check, hardness survey and evaluate the results, Pneumatic and hydrostatic tests.
• Witnessing all Hold points for Hydro /Pneumatic /Hardness Testing etc..
• Troubleshooting any problems related to welding and NDT during project execution.
• Performing surveillance activities to monitor subcontractors' jobsite quality control program implementation.
• Responsible for Review & issuances quality control plans, Inspection and test plans, Welding maps, RT maps and Quality Control Forms according to client specification & Applicable Cods / Standards for steel structure, Condenser, pipes for gas and Steam Turbines.
• Dimension, visual inspection, MT, PT, UT and RT film interpretation for special items like steel structure, pipe lines between skids for gas turbines, Steam Turbines, Steel Structure/plate works, diffuser, diverter, stack, piping works etc.
• Review final documentation of test package for Steel Structure/plate works, diffuser, diverter, stack, condenser and Steam Turbines piping works & tanks.
• Responsible for Review & issuances quality control plans, Inspection and test plans, Method statements, Welding maps, RT maps and Quality Control Forms according to client specification & Applicable Codes / Standards of stainless steel tank for demi water.
• Witness of installation of structure for Gas and Steam turbines components such as air intake, combustion chambers, diffuser, diverter, stack, condenser, all Gas and Steam turbines skids and all Gas and Steam turbines piping

• I worked as a Quality Control Engineer in QC department for casting products (Aluminum, Copper, cast Iron and Alloy steels) and forming products (wire drawing, extrusion of pipes, bars, foil manufacturing, deep drawing, casting for special products..etc).
• Carry out visual inspection of the all casting and forming products such as casting products, (AL, Cu, Fe), continuous casting for Aluminum sheets, Aluminum and copper (bars, tubes), wire drawing, deep drawing and foil manufacturing.
• Prepare Inspection Checklist for casting, forming and mechanical items.
• Prepare dimensions Check report for casting, forming and machining items.
• Carry out visual inspection of the welded joint. (Including dimensional aspects)
• Check and monitor NDT requirements. (Method, qualification of operator, execution)
• Check casting and forming equipments.
• Conducts receiving inspection of all materials, Inspection is based on factory specification
and relevant Standards such as ASTM, DIN.
• Review and verifies all the relevant materials Certification to assure its compliance is based on factory specification and applicable Standards, Review all Calibration for QC. And Fabrication tools.
