•Support through execution phase activities detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and startup.
•Monitor control, communicate functional interface input requirement value based engineering and quality.
•Monitoring the status of the project and communicate the relevant information to each member.
•Responsible for overall monitoring of Project purchase, Mechanical completion .
•Control and Manage cash flow at diferent stage of Project.

•Erection & Commissioning of 100 TPD Caustic Soda Flakes Plant. (JUN 2016-DEC-2016) Review licensor Basic and Detailed Engineering packages for 100 TPD Caustic Flaking Plant & 250 TPD Caustic soda project. (licensor Bertram & UHDE India. PSM (14-elements)-PHA STUDY, HAZOP-STUDY, PSSR-Pre startup safety review. Management of Changes. Vendor follow-up for timely material delivery. Erection Check out of Flaking plant. Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure & Standard Operating Condition) Commissioning In charge for 100 TPD Caustic soda Flakes Plant at Rehla division. Scheduling & planning activities for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
