•Cordination for Engineering for seamless construction & Engineering Completion.
•Prepare RFQ documents for package item i.e, HCL Synthesis & anhydrous HCL Gas generation unit. Membrane brine Filtration System, Sulphate Recovery System, Caustic concentration & Flaking Unit.
•Preparing Technical Bid Evaluation for Chlor-alkali Technology .
•Follow up to techno commercial and planning for ofer & scheduling
•Hydrogen plant balance BEP .
•Feasibility study and CAPAEX proposal for CMS plant.
•RFQ preparation for CMS Plant
•Responsible for evaluation and realisation of green hydrogen between the diferent technology.

•SPOC (Single point contact) - for 250 TPD caustic soda Project (Engineering, Procurement & construction)
•Evaluating and reviewing Basic and detailed engineering packages of licensor (AKCC Japan) and JACOB Engineering.
•Preparing and Evaluating Technical comparison for selection of technology supplier and licensor for 250 TPD Caustic Soda Plant Debottlenecking project.
•Assisting Vendor & Technology supplier during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of 250 TPD . Caustic Soda Plant Debottlenecking project.
•Preparing technical comparison for detailed engineering Services of various EPCM Consultant and freezes documents/deliverable. Supporting selection of various stream contractors.
•Provided input during residual basic engineering
•Prepare Pre-commissioning Guide line for 250 TPD caustic debottlenecking Project.
•Scheduling and planning 250 TPD Caustic Debottlenecking Project activity as per engineering deliverables & schedule.
•Meeting the timelines of the project with defined budget cost by setting up major goals and objectives of projects & by monitoring, reporting & ensuring to complete the projects.
•Developing Conceptual Schemes and layout for Caustic soda plant.
•Co-ordination of engineering work between all involved discipline and all engineering partners, sub-contractor and local design institute.
•Responsible to monitor and control design change management, construction activities, Engineering partner cost until project completion and handover.
•Support through execution phase activities detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and startup.
•Monitor control, communicate functional interface input requirement value based engineering and quality.
•Monitoring the status of the project and communicate the relevant information to each member.
•Responsible for overall monitoring of Project purchase, Mechanical completion .
•Control and Manage cash flow at diferent stage of Project.
•Coordinating the Statutory clearances.
•Plant production and Manufacturing data monitoring by generating overall eficiency of palnt and respective equipment's. Implementation and provide road map for new technology. Closely working with consultants like Mckinsey to improve eficiency of plant and Manage EBIDTA as per target. Doing process calculations for redesign or revamping of system as required.
•Preparation of EIA report for 300 TPD PAC (Poly Aluminum Powder) Plant. PAC plant layout and generation And preparation of Basic and detailed engineering package.
•Prepare Capex Report and Cost estimation.
•Energy conservation and Optimization.
•Erection & Commissioning of 100 TPD Caustic Soda Flakes Plant. (JUN 2016-DEC-2016) Review licensor Basic and Detailed Engineering packages for 100 TPD Caustic Flaking Plant & 250 TPD Caustic soda project. (licensor Bertram & UHDE India. PSM (14-elements)-PHA STUDY, HAZOP-STUDY, PSSR-Pre startup safety review. Management of Changes. Vendor follow-up for timely material delivery. Erection Check out of Flaking plant. Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure & Standard Operating Condition) Commissioning In charge for 100 TPD Caustic soda Flakes Plant at Rehla division. Scheduling & planning activities for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Project covered so far:
•Worked as a Lead process Engineer for 80 TPD calcium chloride plant. Responsibilities - Developed Basic engineering Package up to cacl2 liquefaction & Utility system .NOV-2015-APRIL 2016.
•Worked as a process commissioning in charge for 60 TPD Chlor alkali projects for Al
