• Team Management
Working in and with teams to ensure the project progresses alongside teams in different countries. I had a team that worked on this project previously, that I had to progress from where the previous project manager had left off.

Understanding and maintaining a backend platform to create and make a site functional for businesses and users. This was a crucial responsibility as the project's progression depended on the understanding of the platform.

• Project Co-ordination
As the project lead, I had to direct and plan out all phases and stages with estimated deadlines and update a progress tracker for the project I oversaw. I had worked with teams to ensure the right person is assigned to ensure the project is progressing without any or minimal delays.

Co-ordinating and delegating tasks (including myself) when certain employees are off or unavailable during work hours or when overtime was required. I would be required at the opening and closing procedures occasionally.
