Ensjre compliance to safety, quality & productivityof workshop technicians.
Monitor daily job progress of vehicles & provide updates & reports to the sales dept. & head office.
Create & maintain all the reports regarding PDI.
As a service advisor my responsibilities are:
Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
Conferred with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
Prepared a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer.
Handle customer complaints
As a pre-delivery inspector I did inspections in accordance with manufacturer’s checklist.
1.Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice such as spare tires, radio, etc.
2.Record description of damages and list missing items on delivery receipt.
3.Install accessories, if appropriate
4.Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
5.Comply with Bowser Policies and Procedures including Safety procedures
As an Auto technician I inspected and tested vehicles,
I did preventive and required maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, brake service, head overhaul, clutch overhaul, suspension overhaul and oil change etc.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical, electrical systems malfunctions and replacing parts and components
As an Automotive Technician Apprentice, I have worked alongside an assigned skilled technician to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs. Also I was responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing automobiles while training with skilled technicians
