Project :Msheireb Downtown Doha-Phase 1C, 214 Residential Buildings (Clubhouse+ Mosque + Guardhouse )
Working as a Mechanical Engineer undertaking the following responsibilities
• Clearing daily inspection request raised by the contractor based on the inspection test plan prior to start next activity at site. Site supervision includes the execution and testing and commissioning of the following building mechanical services HVAC, plumbing, irrigation and fire fighting system. HVAC system includes chilled water system, AHUs, MAUs, VAVs and FCUs, Ducting along with the necessary fans and dampers, car park ventilation system including smoke extract system. Plumbing system includes plumbing supply and drainage systems including tanks and pumps, Solar and instantaneous water heaters, sand/ oil interceptors etc. Fire fighting system includes FM 200, gas detectors for restaurants, sprinkler system with necessary pipes and accessories, zone control valves, Fire Hose cabinets, pump room, CO system for car park integrated with ventilation and smoke extract fans, staircase pressurization
• Reviewing the closeout submittals like Operation and Maintenance manual, Training manual, Asset register, Warranty Certificate and Testing and commissioning reports based on the Facility Management requirements
• Reviewing the As built drawing issued by the contractor based on the approved inspection request, approved shop drawing, approved material submittals, RFIs and IFC drawing and verifying the same with the site conditions
• Issuing Job Site instructions/ NCRs for any works executed by the contractor which is not complying with the standards or the requirements mentioned in the Contract agreements.

Project 1 : Construction of Bypass from Rawdat Rashed Village to Umm Garn- Package 01 ( 23/02/2015 - 20/09/2017)
An MEP Engineer working for road project undertaking the following responsibilities

HVAC & MEP
• Prepared heat load calculations for air conditioning for the consultant and contractor portable cabins at Rawdat Rashed
• Prepared plumbing layout and drainage layout for the consultant and contractor portable cabins at Rawdat Rashed
• Assisted execution team during the installation and cabling of air conditioners
DRAINAGE SYSTEM
• Supervised a team of 02 foreman and 14 labors for the successful completion of drainage system in 07 roundabouts and 02 junctions.
• Responsible for solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports.
• Coordinating with ASHGHAL for the handing over procedures like air test, mirror test and CCTV inspection of drainage pipeline.
• Continuous coordination with consultants (AECOM) for inspection to do the work safely and as per QCS, approved MS, ITP and drawings.
• Design review with major focus on project specification, controlling project cost & ease of construction.
UTILITIES
• Lead engineer for the team of utilities (02 foreman and 10 labors) and prepared weakly reports on the team's progress.
• Technically evaluating the issued for construction drawing and making necessary adjustment on site as per requirements.
• Coordinating with consultants and concerned authorities (OOREDOO, QNBN, SSD, ITS AND QAF) for the material approvals and handing over procedures like mandrel tests.
• Organize meetings with consultant to understand expectations, monitor NCR status and attain approved solutions to NCR’s.
• Optimize and monitor quantities of materials.

Project 2 : Asphalt Works at Military Parade Centre Area & Main Guardhouse Entrance at Duhailiyat camp-DESIGN AND BUILD

DRAINAGE SYSTEM
• Designed and built a drainage system for military parade center area with 09 soak ways and 28 top inlet gullies at the low points based on the average rainfall rate and the rate of flow through top inlet gully per minute.
• Coordinating with concerned for material approvals, inspections.
• Responsible for solving technical issues, providing advice, management & preparing daily manpower, machinery & work reports.
HVAC & MEP
• Prepared heat load calculation for 03 no’s guard house at the Main Guardhouse Entrance at Duhailiyat camp
• Prepared irrigation layout for the landscape area at Main Guardhouse Entrance at Duhailiyat camp
