Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Mobilization of offshore crew to and from their assigned vessels, in line with Client, industry and flag state requirements. ▲ Arrange cost effective travel for crew joining and departing assigned vessels to meet crew change schedules ▲ Source fleet personnel to fill vacancies ▲ Arrange visa renewals, security pass renewals, vaccinations and additional training as required. ▲ Obtain any flag state certification required; ensuring licenses are valid at all times. ▲ Ensure that personnel files and all crew certification are kept up to date. ▲Track all personnel on the Payroll system to ensure they are paid correctly and on time. ▲Maintaining the personnel file of the sea staff up to date at all times. Ensuring that all off-signing sea staff have updated appraisal. ▲ Assisting in the preparation of the monthly payroll for the sea staff. ▲ Coordinating with different agents for required documentation. ▲Arrange crew mobilization for newly built / acquired vessels. ▲ Organize the vessel clearance (in & out) through Government Relations departments. ▲
