Managed a team to undertake the day to day running of a fully-fledged workshop from booking in the vehicle, diagnosing faults, liasing with customers, quotations, sourcing of parts and materials, invoicing, testing and hand-over of vehicles to customers, with a complete feedback on work carried out. Being a "hands-on" team player meant physically getting involved with jobs to deliver the best customer satisfaction.
I have held positions as a Qualified Automotive Trimmer, Qualified Motor Mechanic, Toyota Team 21 Technician, Service Advisor at McCarthy Toyota and Workshop Manager for the last 9 years at KAR Specialist. Equipped with vast knowledge and expertise obtained at McCarthy Toyota ( a Mega -Dealership in SA) for 17 years, I successfully managed a Team based and Customer- Orientated Service Centre.
