Duties
•Product positioning in the Marketplace through strategic pricing & bundling etc.
•Preparing written presentations and reports for Sales Director of company.
•Preparing sales target for the region and follow-up with achievement on daily basis along with preparing sales promotions.
•Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales representatives.
•Handling inventory and stock management.
•Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill open sales positions.
•Identify potential market and prepare strategy to open new showrooms.
•Ensuring sales staff complies with company policies, procedures and practices.
•Spearhead initiatives to penetrate new markets.
