Stores
✓ Direct involvement in Materials & Inventory Control Management
✓ Providing facilities to the project at site
✓ Team work expedite, maintain the material flow
✓ Control of stores and analyzing Physical Vs Issued Vs Consumed at site
✓ Coordinating with planning, tender, project and procurement as a team work
✓ Providing adequate procedure for stores & Purchase Management
✓ Applying fast tract method for placing materials at site on right time
✓ Maintain a track record of Issue, receipt of mechanical eqpt and spares.
✓ Provide Monthly stock report to Management and reconciliation statement.


Purchase
✓ Overall responsibility for Bought out components / equipment
✓ Floating Enquiry/Receiving quotes/Comparison/release of order
✓ Commercial negotiation with supplier/vendor for conclusion
✓ Vendor sourcing and vendor development
✓ Compliance PO terms and condition with suppliers
✓ Pro-active steps be taken for materials flow
✓ Expediting and follow up at all stages with supplier/vendor
✓ Essential instructions / guidance to sub ordinates and collogues
✓ Creating new ideas for the development of department /firm

✓ Capability of co-coordinating multilevel responsibilities
