• Reporting to the Operation Manager of day to day operation of the Store.
• Briefing the staffs on daily basis and motivating to ensure that each customer is provided quality customer service.
• Directly involved in the opening of New Retail outlets.
• Supervise and control that the bakery production is in conformance with Company’s SOP. (Quality, time, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation specifications.)

• Unload the trays after bake of bread, took it out and put aside to cool.
• Responsible for checking all the equipment for safety and health regulations.
