- Evaluate and recommend direct/strategic investment opportunities
- Monitor and report on the Group's strategic investments in diverse sectors like pharma, building materials, insurance etc.

Deals evaluated include strategic holdings in financial services companies, gas distribution
network, education, media, healthcare and manufacturing.

Investment Department and additional responsibilities over Securities services department and subsidiary companies offering investment services.

Primary job included full responsibility over the proprietary investments team covering Private
Equity, Listed equities and Fixed income investments.

- Active private equity portfolio covering multiple sectors


o Small and Medium enterprises covering multiple sectors including IT Services,
Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Pharmaceuticals

o Active monitoring of the portfolios for investment / divestment decisions,
continuous management monitoring of private equity investments, active
scouting for new private equity investments and divestments

- Fixed Income - Set up credit facilities for a fixed income portfolio and implemented a
GCC fixed income portfolio achieving double digit returns

Commenced the career with the company as an Equity Trader, and progressed through various departments to become the Executive Vice President.

Actively involved in the capital restructuring of the company, valuation of the company and two stage capital increase of the company at a premium from GCC investors

based in Kerala. Joined the company at its Mumbai office with responsibility to expand its
leasing and hire purchase business to the Western Region and set up its National Stock
Exchange Debt Market operations in Mumbai.

BOI Asset Management Co. Ltd was the asset manager for Bank of India Mutual Fund. The
Fund had AUM in excess of USD 250 million. Joined the fund as a Consultant for setting up its
back office and accounts system and was later appointed the Chief Accountant of the Fund,
responsible for the entire back office and accounts of the Fund.
