Manage Air import operations
Vendor management & Profit Generation
Revenue Recovery/ reconciliation
Implementation of Quality and Standard operation Procedures.
Manage and Control inbound, out bound, re-export and distribution
Stock replenishment FIFO/ FEFO
Support inventory management
Monitoring near expiries and short expiries, prepare, schedule and execute system writes off.
Evaluate the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, Weekly and monthly reports.
Reviews Flash Reports daily and KPI’s regularly
Ensure timely operational functions - domestic fleet management and distribution.
Supportive functions including admin- MIS, co-ordinate, monitor and control all the branches in the area.
Develop new business with new customers. Retain existing customer with increased business.
Customer care, support and trouble shooting

Ensuring the right product is at right place at right time.
Planning, scheduling the shipment, forecasting.
Supervision of shipments inwards, shelf replenishment and inventory. .
Linking suppliers to customer demand patterns to facilitate JIT replenishments.
Implement loss prevention program.
Purchase order management by category and demand planning.
MM / Master data management in SAP.
Coordinate FMCG inbound outbound movements and distribution.
Data creation, error tracking & problem solving, Compilation of operational volumes for client KPI's.
Stock replenishment- expiries and near expiries (FIFO/ FEFO).
Reorganize warehouse to speeding operations and ensuring maximum utilization of work force.
Supervision of stores control system, safety, security and hazmat management.
Clearance and forwarding, Plan and schedule of LCL-FCL services.
Monitor import/ export documentation and operations.
Issuing Bill of Lading, cross verification of shipping documents.
Co-Ordinates with shipping lines, ICD / CFS and Transport Contractors.
