Telecom Site Supervisor for following projects:
- MTN-Syria project as maintenance to MTN sites for three years.
Installation and troubleshooting radio systems from Ericsson manufacturer, handling with different types of BTS cabinet micro and macro cell (2206, 2116, 2309, 3206, … etc).
Running daily, monthly and quarterly maintenance checks along.
Microwave links installation, commissioning and maintenance, multi vendors Ericson and Siemens (Minilink TN, SRAL XD, …etc).
Troubleshoot SDH circuits ranging from E1 to STM-64 bandwidth. Answerable for Testing of end-to-end transport circuit .
Interacting with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, hardware faults and PDH/SDH faults.
Perform site-surveys where necessary in order to determine obstacles restrictions, possible Fresnel obstructions.
Evaluate and maintain transmission plans layouts and schematics in the assigned local areas.
Maintain and Installation rectifier and all power components installed in the BTS.
Check and maintenance all BTS/NodeB civil works.
Two years as supervisor in Damascus-rural area handling with all management’s reports.
- Huawei installation project for MTN sites and BSCs for 7 months.
Installation and commissioning all kinds of Huawei GSM and UMTS BTSs (indoor/outdoor).
Installation and commissioning microwave links PDH and SDH (RTN950, RTN980).
Installation BSCs (good experience in fiber optics).
