Designing and managing sustainability vision and projects in the areas of environment, health, education, water resources management and poverty reduction
Building and maintaining a network of relationships with local and international civil society organizations, NGOs and donors
Lecturing about P&G’s sustainability in local and regional forums
- Building and and managing the Egyptian network of NGOs for the Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures (90 NGOs)
- Establishing and managing partnerships and protocols of cooperation with partners in Belgium, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United kingdom, in addition to Egypt
- Writing grant proposals, designing and managing the implementation of various World Bank and European Commission funded cultural projects
- Managing the implementation of conferences, scholarly seminars, cultural events, exhibitions and concerts involving different players across the Euro-Mediterranean region
- Participating in the strategic planning and change management strategy for the Library of Alexandria
