Main Responsibilities in the Gulf Region (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Iraq):
- Supervise and Coach Trainers
- Supervise and Coach Training Coordinators
- Manage Training Operations
- Contribute in the Recruiting and Selection process for Trainers and Technical Engineers
- Maintain and Update CRM
- Provide Training Consultations to Customers, Trainers and Employees

- Provide Development Plans and Materials for Trainers and Technical Engineers

- Manage Training Facilities and Equipment (Training Labs, Computer Hardware and Software Requirements)

- Run Training Projects like Microsoft TechMasters (one of the biggest training programs in the gulf region)

- Evaluate and Improve quality
- Make training needs assesment for clients to provide the training that in lines with thier needs
• Trainer and Lecturer in many Jordanian Universities such as: Hashemite University, Zaytoonah University, Balqa Applied University and Applied Science University
• Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Manage all Product Marketing Activities: Planning & Execution
• Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company and project
• Recruit and supervise computer trainers, engineers, technicians and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.
• Train the staff and Clients on Computer and interpersonal skills

• Meet the requirements of the Learning Partner Center and get the accreditation to be Certified Training Center from Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, UNESCO, Prometric and Pearson VUE

• Study, research, analyze and Monitor local market needs and Prices taking actions to satisfy market needs and provide the appropriate service, set offers and promotions as necessary
• Run Marketing Campaigns to attract revenues
• Set guidelines with the marketing department in the head office to define our own Identity that will reflect the Academy image
