• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Oversee the construction of architectural elements including cladding, walls, ceilings, doors and floorings. Ensure that these elements are constructed to the highest quality standards and meet the specs and SHDs.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve project goals and addressing any issues that arise.
• Lead teams of engineers, architects, subcontractors, and fit-out specialists, providing direction and ensuring that all tasks are
completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare scheduled or necessary updates of construction activities and determine personnel and equipment requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules and reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain strong communication with the client, ensuring their requirements and expectations are being met throughout all stages of the
project, from civil works to final fit-out.
• Issue information, decisions, approvals and instructions to designers, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in and lead meetings with subcontractors, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved.
• Implement the business case and/or cost options required to assist in the implementation of a project.

• Managing and supervising subcontractors, and advising on engineering issues.
• ensure that the fit-out and furniture reflect the overall vision of the hotel while maintaining functionality and budget constraints.
• Oversee quality assurance checks for civil works, architectural finishes, and fit-out installations to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Address any issues or delays that arise on-site, using proactive problem-solving strategies and collaborating with management to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate the final inspection of civil works, architectural elements, and fit-out installations to ensure that everything complies with project specifications and client expectations.
